Our work with you does not end at launch.
Being on one of these plans means you take your online presence seriously — and it stays that way for as long as we're looking after it.
These plans are built around the work we actually do: keep the site up, keep it current, and (if you want it) keep people finding you. Nothing is padded to make the price look more impressive.
If you want the site hosted and up to an hour of updates each month, start with Site Care. If you need two hours most months, Foundation is the better fit. Growth and Performance are for businesses that want search and ads handled with the site, not as a side hustle.

- You call or write to us — real people at real desks in a real office in North Carolina. No hassling with chatbots, ticket mills, or toll-free numbers answered by support teams halfway around the world.
Not included
- Complex content, design, or layout work (e.g. new pages, layout modifications, SEO work, etc.)
- WordPress administrator access
- Monthly reports, Google Business Profile posting, or schema/AI-search retainers
Administrator access. On our shared CloudPanel environments, we restrict access to WP Admin. That’s a security rule, not a slight. If you need to add or edit content, we can give you an editor login that does not open plugins, themes, or users and that does not risk the site layout. Full admin is always available on a dedicated instance.

The two hours may be ideal for things like: maintaining news and events on a site, adding blog posts, updates to the homepage, adding photos, or any other tasks that can fit in two hours.
It does not cover whole new templates or features, a full redesign, or ongoing SEO work.
Unused time does not roll to the next month. Work past the two hours is billed at our regular hourly rate. We will let you know if something you request is likely to exceed your two hours for the month.
Growth
Starting at $500/month

For businesses that want the site and search looked after.
Price depends on how many pages and terms we are actively working. A normal local site starts at $500.

- Search Console review and keyword tracking
- Metadata and on-page fixes on the pages we are targeting
- GA4 traffic reviewed for anything that actually matters
- A short monthly note: what moved, what we did, what we are watching
- A flag when you are (or are not) showing up in Google AI Overviews or ChatGPT — this tells you whether you’re showing up; tracking and improving how consistently is the add-on below
Schema and AI-search cleanup can start with a one-time Check-Up. Ongoing AI citation tracking is the add-on below, not a hidden line in Growth.
Dedicated hosting, if you need it, is added to Growth at the same dedicated difference as Foundation.

Extra sites on the same account are a hosting add-on, not a second Foundation hour, unless the second site also needs regular content work. Tell us how the sites are used and we will price the extras as extras.

Knowing your traffic numbers is one thing. Knowing where real visitors get stuck, confused, or give up is another. We watch session recordings and heatmaps each month and flag exactly where people are dropping off — then fold specific, actionable fixes into your report instead of vague suggestions to "improve conversion."

Q: How much does website hosting and maintenance cost?
A: Site Care is $150/month on shared hosting or $200/month on a dedicated instance. That covers hosting, updates, backups, security, and up to an hour of updates per month. Foundation is $200 shared / $250 dedicated and includes two hours of updates. If you also want search looked after, Growth starts at $500/month. Search plus Google Ads is Performance, starting at $1,000/month.
Q: What is the difference between Site Care and Foundation?
A: Site Care is solid hosting with North Carolina-based support and up to one hour of site updates each month. Foundation is the same hosting with two hours — ideal for businesses that want to keep news, events, or other content updated year-round.
Q: Do I get WordPress admin access?
A: On our shared CloudPanel hosting, we restrict administrator access. That is a security rule, not a slight. We can give you a modified editor login so you can work on pages without opening plugins, themes, or users, and without accidentally breaking the site design. Full admin is available if you are on a dedicated instance.
Q: Is there a contract?
A: Site Care, Foundation, and dedicated instances are 12-month terms. Growth, Performance, and add-ons are month-to-month with 30 days’ notice for service changes or cancellations.
Q: Does unused plan time roll over?
A: No. Unused time on Site Care or Foundation does not carry to the next month. Work past the included hour(s) is billed at our regular hourly rate.
Q: Do Partnership Plans include a new website?
A: No. A new site or a rebuild is its own project. The plan is what happens after launch: the site stays up, stays current, and — on Growth or Performance — people keep finding it.
Q: Can you look after more than one website?
A: Yes. The prices on this page are for the first site. Extra sites on the same account are priced as extras, usually a hosting add-on, not a second Foundation hour — unless that second site also needs regular content work.
Q: What is the AI Visibility Monitoring add-on?
A: For Growth and Performance clients, we track how AI tools cite you, refresh structured content on a schedule, and put that in the monthly note you already get. It starts at $250/month. If you do not know whether you are being cited at all, start with the flat-fee AI Visibility Check-Up instead.
