Our Monthly Partnership Plans

Website work outside a plan is $125/hour, billed with a one-hour minimum.

Tiny fixes to text that is already on the site — for example, changing hours in the footer, adding a phone number, changing a link in a menu that already exists — are still treated as minor hosting care. New copy, new photos, new pages, or anything that changes layout is not minor.

Included

• Hosting, security & backups — AWS CloudPanel, Cloudflare, SSL, automated backups, WordPress core/theme/plugin updates, uptime monitoring
• Minor edits to existing text (the five-minute kind)
• You call or write to us in North Carolina. No dealing  with chatbots, ticket mills, or toll-free numbers answered by support teams halfway around the world.

Not included

• Content, design, or layout work — new pages, photos, files, or anything beyond a five-minute text fix
• WordPress administrator access
• Monthly reports, Google Business Profile posting, or schema/AI-search retainers

Administrator access. On our shared CloudPanel environments, we keep WP admin. That’s a security rule, not a slight. If you need to edit pages, we can give you an editor login that does not open plugins, themes, or users. Full admin is always available on a dedicated instance.

Need real updates most months?  That is Foundation, not a stack of hourly invoices.

For businesses that already send us more than a footer change.

• Up to one full hour per month of updates to the existing site, used in 15-minute pieces — so a twenty-minute change does not become a $125 invoice
• On a dedicated instance: your own CloudPanel box, and administrator access if you want it

The hour covers copy and image swaps on pages that already exist, hours/menus/staff/events, a form tweak or redirect, and “let’s adjust how this looks” fix.

It does not cover new templates or features, a redesign, recurring publishing like news posts or slide decks (say so and we’ll quote a two-hour version instead), or photography, ads, and SEO writing.

Unused time does not roll to the next month. Work past the hour is still billed at $125/hour, but in 15-minute increments — Foundation clients don’t pay the one-hour minimum that applies to non-plan hourly work.

No monthly report. We will write you when something broke, when we used the hour, or when something needs a decision.

For businesses that want the site and search looked after.

Price depends on how many pages and terms we are actively working. A normal local site starts at $500.

• Everything in Foundation (shared)
• Search Console review and keyword tracking
• Metadata and on-page fixes on the pages we are targeting
• GA4 traffic reviewed for anything that actually matters
• A short monthly note: what moved, what we did, what we are watching
• A flag when you are (or are not) showing up in Google AI Overviews or ChatGPT — this tells you whether you’re showing up; tracking and improving how consistently is the add-on below

Schema and AI-search cleanup can start with a one-time Check-Up. Ongoing AI citation tracking is the add-on below, not a hidden line in Growth.

Dedicated hosting, if you need it, is added to Growth at the same dedicated difference as Foundation.

For businesses that want search and paid ads tied back to the same site.

• Google Ads strategy, setup, optimization, and conversion tracking
• One monthly note that covers site health, search, and the ads

Google Ads management assumes at least $500/month in ad spend. Below that, there is not enough data to manage well — we will tell you if you are not there yet.

The prices above are for the first site.

Extra sites on the same account are a hosting add-on, not a second Foundation hour, unless the second site also needs regular content work. Tell us how the sites are used and we will price the extras as extras.
